Helix Work legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Helix Work application, Passport account service, websites, plugins, and related features.
Effective September 30, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting these terms, or using Helix Work, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Helix Work for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement where you live.
2. What Helix Work does
Helix Work is a model-neutral AI agent workspace. It connects user-selected models, MCP servers, plugins, files, repositories, browsers, terminals, and business tools to carry out permission-aware tasks and return inspectable results. Available features depend on your device, plan, configuration, connected services, and granted permissions.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization administrators may manage access, integrations, workspace content, and account data under their agreement and policies.
4. Your content and connected services
You retain your rights in prompts, files, instructions, configurations, and other content you submit. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use your content and every connected account, system, repository, and data source.
Third-party models, plugins, MCP servers, identity providers, and business tools have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges. You are responsible for selecting and configuring them and for understanding what information is sent when you authorize an action.
5. AI features and review
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, harmful, or not unique. You are responsible for reviewing and testing outputs before relying on, publishing, or deploying them. Do not use outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice or as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Helix Work to violate law or another person's rights; access systems or data without authorization; distribute malware; bypass security or usage limits; facilitate fraud, harassment, exploitation, or dangerous conduct; or generate or distribute unlawful content.
You also may not use Google user data obtained through sign-in to train AI models, generate content, advertise, or build marketing profiles.
7. Tools, permissions, and local systems
When authorized, Helix Work can read or change files, run commands, use a browser or terminal, install extensions, and interact with connected systems. You are responsible for choosing appropriate workspaces, tools, and permissions; reviewing sensitive actions and changes; and maintaining backups. Approval controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that an action or output is safe or correct.
8. Ownership and license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purposes. Helix Work and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, design, branding, and documentation. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
9. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change or discontinue features, integrations, models, or limits. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Questions or complaints may be sent to support@helixwork.net.
